3. Payments & Project Delivery
All quotations, invoices, and payment terms are agreed upon before the project begins. Work may commence after the required advance payment is received. Final project files, website migration, or ownership transfer will be completed once the remaining balance has been paid in full. Delays in payment may result in project suspension until outstanding amounts are cleared.
4. Intellectual Property
All original designs, graphics, code, written content, and digital assets created by Sterling Digital Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon successful completion of payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding licensed third-party resources, plugins, fonts, stock images, or software governed by their respective licenses.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and professional results, Sterling Digital Marketing does not guarantee specific rankings, sales, revenue, or business growth. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
